Consultation: We start with a free consultation to establish the scope of your project. In this meeting, we interview you and, if necessary, other key staff members to determine your needs. Streamlining and enhancing your workflow is key to making your business more efficient.

Determining Requirements: Here we establish exactly what the solution will do, who will use it, how it will automate workflow, and and determine the user interface and reporting capabilities it will include. We may contact the client with additional questions during this phase. We will then schedule a second appointment to present our solution. Once the client approves, development can begin.

Initiating Development: In the development phase, the actual creation of the solution takes place. The developer may have additional questions at this point regarding more specific details of the project. Throughout this phase, the developer will review demos of the software with the client. This will assist in improving the user interface and overall functionality.

Testing: Late in the development stage, thorough testing is implemented. We identify and repair any glitches, then,  move the application to your facility for further testing with key personnel. Once the application is working to everyone's satisfaction, we will install the solution for everyday use.

Training: We understand your company's concerns about making changes to the way you do things. We work hard to ensure our applications are easy to learn and use. We'll continue to offer support until you and your staff are fully comfortable using your new application.

Ongoing Support: We'll tailor our support to suit your needs. We can install remote access software to allow us to support your users over the phone more effectively.
